摘要：只列数字，并不能解决什么问题。相比坐在那儿感叹贫困好可怕，一个更加有趣且有用的方式或许是坐下来一起研究一下—— 什么人，正在用什么行动，改变世界贫困格局？在众多方法之中，国际援助真的是可靠的方式吗？

即使我们再麻木，再逃避，一个不可争议的事实是——世界贫困其实就是存在的。

超过50%的世界人口，也就是超过30亿人，每天生活在2.5美金贫困线之下；

这个世界最贫困的40%的人口只拥有世界5%的财富；而那些在金字塔顶端的20%的人口，拥有这个世界75%的财富；      

UNICEF的报告表明，每天有超过  22,000 名儿童因为贫困相关问题而死亡；

如果全球投入1%的军费开支到儿童教育上，所有的孩子都可以有学上，只是这件事情完全没有发生；

……

贫困存在，试图解决贫困的行动也在。这一期改变世界的读书会我们会尝试了解其中一个行动 ——国际援助。也就是国际机构、政府通过“给钱给物”的方法帮助不发达国家脱贫的行动。虽然听起来是好事一桩，而且好像的确很有用，但是在实践上，人们又对国际援助行动充满了浪费、低效、大国政治的指责。所以~就让我们通过阅读来找一些答案吧！
